I arrived in Prague a few hours ago, unpacked, set up the internet connection, took a shower and we are now just relaxing in the room. The flight left at 6PM Boston time, arrived in London at 5AM their time and then we got to Prague around 11AM their time which is 5AM in Boston. I think I slept for about half an hour on the plane. There were four of us from Miami on the flights and they actually were not too bad considering the fact that I did not sleep, it was only about 8 hours flying time. I am in a double room which is a little bigger than the rooms in hecht and is pretty nice. We have a bunch of rooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom for all of the girls from Miami and the house mother lives at the end of the hall. She and her husband, who is a Holocaust survivor are both very nice. She is going to dinner in a pub with us tonight which should be fun. I have to go because we are going to walk around the city a little bit or else I will fall asleep.

I am leaving for Prague Friday night. I am wicked excited and cannot wait to just get there, get to know the city and start traveling. I already signed up to go to Vienna and Berlin in March and the first couple days we are there the school has scheduled day trips and I am going to Cesky Krumlov and Kutna Hora, which are places in the Czech Republic. But before I can leave I've had to start packing and getting things together for my trip. This I started to do today, in between my busy schedule of watching tv and playing tetris. Seeing as how I always overpack and can only bring two bags this is a scary and difficult task. Right now it looks like an explosion went off in my room (not that this is any different from the usual conditions).
